Right from the planning stages, in a more than complicated destination to operate, we witnessed an excellent operation and both we and our clients are extremely satisfied. It is always the sad part of our job, that as soon as we left one port, the contact to the operator breaks up immediately because we are already preparing the next cruises. But I wanted to say thank you for all your work at Aqaba last week. Our guests just loved their tours and were honestly impressed by the beauty of Petra, especially. We got a very positive feedback about the excellent guides and drivers. I am very grateful for your service, the good set-up in the morning and a very satisfying day for a shore excursion. We just returned from a South American cruise on Celebrity Cruise Lines. While we were in Peru, we had the opportunity to take a shore excursion to Machu Picchu which was coordinated by your company. We can’t say enough about how outstanding the tour was. You did a wonderful job of arranging all the details for a seamless trip and our guide was magnificent. His enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject was amazing. The excursion was the highlight of our trip, and we are telling everyone we know about it. All elements were great! The ship arrived to Cape Town Sunday and the tour dispatch for both the shorex and the overlands went flawlessly. Often times we may take time to send complaints when things are not right or are less than we had anticipated, but we may fail to take the time to offer compliments when they are rightfully due. At this instance I wish to make certain that I do not miss the opportunity to make such compliments, as here they are truly justified. This past call to Bangkok was so well organized and our guests came back delighted and satisfied. Thank you for the fast communications times and being able to clear all our wait lists.

All in all, this was the port of call our pax most enjoyed, where you really have the chance to get under the skin of a country with your innovative programs. Well done to your entire shorex team, everything was 100% perfect, and especially so given this is the largest ship ever to call India!

The turnarounds and meet & greet are running like a well-oiled machine, and we are receiving such positive feedback – not an easy task when some of our guests must get up so early for the Galapagos flights. Well done and please thank your wonderful team for us.
